Huntington Beach Art Center Presents: ''Centered on the Center''

Huntington Beach, CA – The Huntington Beach Art Center is presenting one of the most eclectic exhibitions of the year, Centered on the Center, is an annual, open call, non-juried exhibition and will be featuring 211 local and regional artists and 379 works of art. Scheduled from January 28 through March 4, 2017, the exhibition will open with a public reception on Saturday, January 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. This exhibition features works created in a variety of media, including fiber, painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, and sculpture and presented in a salon style installation. Admission to the opening reception is free and artists will be in attendance. A cash bar will be available.
The Huntington Beach Art Center is a public/private partnership between the City of Huntington Beach and the Huntington Beach Art Center Foundation. During its twenty-one years of operation, HBAC has achieved a regional and national reputation for featuring the work of emerging artists from all backgrounds and viewpoints.
