Event Description:
On May 13th, 2016, Huntington Beach-based gym The Training Spot will kick-off its nationally-renown weight-loss program, “The TakeDown Challenge™,” dedicated to providing participants with a personalized nutrition and fitness program that aims to ensure quick and sustainable results.
 
For 28 days, participants will receive menus, grocery lists, easy-to-follow recipes, and personalized exercise recommendations all compiled into a custom binder that they keep track of every meal in, as well as access to free boot camps, hikes, and other group cardio meetups around Orange County. This year, they have teamed up with local restaurants Mama’s and Monkey House Café to provide ready-to-eat “Takedown-approved” meals for those short on time. The aim of the program is to make weight-loss as easy and straightforward as possible, with hands-on assistance every step of the way.
 
The Training Spot encourages participants of the TakeDown Challenge™ to take advantage of the gym’s private training expertise as well, to couple diet and exercise for a more complete program and a higher rate of success!
