Halloween Fest

This SPOOKY family event begins at 4:00 pm. Trick or treating is from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at our downtown HB businesses. The City of HB's fire, police, and marine safety will be on hand with equipment and to also hand out candy. We will have fun activities such as inflatables including an obstacle course, games and slide, live creepy critters (some will be available to touch), and Halloween photo stations. There will be a canine costume contest at 5:30 and kid's costume contest at 6:00 on 5th & PCH. Brought to you by the Huntington Beach Downtown Business Improvement District.
