The Waterfront Beach Resort, A Hilon Hotel has been planning a fundraiser and old-fashioned “Bake Sale” for our little guy, Rafael Medina. It is coming next week and we need your help! Things are rough right now for little Raffie, and he is not expected to be able to leave the hospital to join us for this event. He will be here in spirit… and we will be sharing photos with him and his family after the fundraiser. They are greatly moved and thankful for all of our efforts.
 
On Tuesday, October 21, 2014 we are asking all of you to donate baked goods that we can sell on our drive and in our lobby from 9am-2pm. We asked that you individually wrap brownies, cookies, cupcakes, etc. so that they are easier to sell. Please label your items (or give us an ingredient sheet) so that we may convey to guests and friends what the item is and what is in it, specifically nuts (for allergy reasons). Managers and EC members who can get away for an hour to help us would be greatly appreciated as well. See Jenny in HR if you have questions about helping out (other than bringing in baked goods, made or purchased)
