GO GROUND to Provide Shuttle Buses for the Breitling Huntington Beach Airshow

   --Airshow visitors can use the shuttle service for a fee Oct. 21 – 23


Who: Anticipating large crowds coming from around Southern California and beyond for the Breitling Huntington Beach Airshow, the event has partnered with Go Ground, a leading ground transportation company that will provide a safe, convenient way for visitors to reach the airshow taking place October 21 - 23 across both the Huntington City and State beach.

Where: A general parking lot will be set up at Goldenwest Street and Ellis Avenue, approximately two miles south and west of the 405 Freeway. From the general parking lot, shuttles will take visitors to Show Center, which features exhibits from companies like The Boeing Company, Ford, Suzuki and other companies along with an extensive food court. Show Center is located at Beach Blvd and Pacific Coast Highway.

Cost: $35 per car and shuttle to and from the beach is included. Pre-sale daily passes are available at http://events.goground.com/airshow This discounted price is available until October 10.

When: The shuttle will run from Friday, October 21 through Sunday, October 23 from 7:30am to noon and from 4pm – 8pm. During the show times, the shuttles will run at various intervals depending upon need.

About: Visitors can see the show from across two miles of one of Southern California's most popular beaches and can reach the show by walking, biking or driving. For those who desire increased convenience, the Go Ground shuttles will be operating before, during and after the show providing transportation from an off-site parking lot to beach.

In addition to the incredible aerial performances by the Breitling Jet Team, U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and other renowned pilots, airshow attendees are invited to visit Aviation Blvd, the specially designated area for exhibitors, vendors and food purveyors located at Beach Blvd. and Pacific Coast Highway, to get an up close look at the latest collection of Breitling watches, Ford cars, Suzuki motorcycles and ATVS, and much more.

While general admission to the Airshow is free of charge, two premium hospitality options are available for attendees. The Flight Line VIP experience features premium viewing, snacks and beverages for purchase, upgraded restrooms; tickets are is $59. The exclusive Aviator’s Beach Club VIP experience is $199 and offers first-class viewing, lunch and beverages including beer and wine, and access to upgraded restrooms. Net proceeds from Airshow will go to support the Aerospace Education Foundation of Huntington Beach, a nonprofit that encourages education and careers in the aerospace and aviation fields.
