Join hundreds of residents and guests on New Year's Day as they race into the waters at the world famous Huntington Beach Pier to wash away the old year and embrace the new! Splashers start the day with a delicious pancake breakfast served up by the HB Host Lions and Surf City Lions clubs for only $5 (non-participants are welcome\, too!). Cool and unique vendors line the upper level of Pier Plaza for your shopping pleasure. The main event starts at about 9:45 when participants (many in fantastic\, wacky and amazing costumes) line up to make their way into the water at 10:00 a.m.\n\n Go to www.hbsurfcitysplash.com to check out videos from the last few years. This is truly becoming a must-do (or at least "must-see!") community event with participants coming from all over the region and beyond!
