HB Downtown HalloweenFest

Annual event featuring FREE activities for kids - bounce houses, inflatable slides, games, petting zoo, and pony rides.  Fun canine and kid costume contest on 5th Street / The Strand.  DJ entertainment - visits with police, fire, and marine safety.  Plus.... Free Candy!  It's fun for all ages!  Best people watching night ever.
